Is HydroSonic free?
Yes. HydroSonic is free on Google Play and supported by ads.
How does HydroSonic remove water from the speaker?
It plays sound waves through the speaker and uses haptic vibration at specific frequencies to help move water and dust out of the speaker grille.
Why does HydroSonic ask for microphone permission?
Only to analyse the speaker’s output and check that it works during cleaning. Audio is never recorded, stored or sent.
Do I need an account?
No. HydroSonic works without any account or sign-up.
Will HydroSonic delete my files?
No file is deleted without your confirmation. The junk file analysis only lists empty or corrupted files for you to review.
What should I do if my phone fell in water?
Switch it off, dry the outside, and don’t charge it until it is completely dry. Use HydroSonic for water in the speaker grille; for water inside the phone, contact a service centre.
Stay safe
HydroSonic will never call you, message you or ask for an OTP, PIN, password or payment outside Google Play. Anyone claiming to be “HydroSonic support” and asking for these is a scammer. In India, report cyber fraud by calling 1930 or at cybercrime.gov.in.
